- Frequent gun violence. One character is show to have been hit offscreen, just survives. Another graphic symbol is hit with multiple rounds on screen, but is revealed to be a robotic copy of a character.
- Blood is shown,simply it is rare and small-scale due to Flim-flam Kids censors

- Balmy profanities, such every bit the phrase "oh my God" being used several times over the course of the show's run.

- Drugs are mentioned a few times involving criminals, including dealing and drug addiction. Toxic gas is shown a few times to drug people in various ways.
- Smoking hardly appears although the character of the Penguin is shown smoking a cigarette in a holder most of the time.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The episode "Mad Love" is fairly agonizing.
- This show is darker than whatsoever other Batman telly show, and sure character's like Two-Confront, Human-Bat, Clay Confront, Scarecrow, and Killer Croc are only some of several characters that are quite frightening.
- Thematically the show gets very mature at times. Subject matter involving loss, death and dying, and revenge are very frequent in the series and can lead to emotionally intense moments. Merely fifty-fifty more mature themes such equally calumniating relationships (in the episode "Mad Dear"), as well as infertility (in the episode "House & Garden"), are touched upon.
- Some episodes have a very depressing tone. The whole show has a very prominent dreary overtone to information technology.
- The Scarecrow has some very disturbing episodes.

Violence & Gore
- "over the edge" has a fairly violent moment in which scarecrow hits batgirl over the edge of a building and kills her, just it is framed in a mode to lesson the violence past putting the camera within the car then you don't run into the full impact.
